ZİVA TEKNOLOJİ DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("ZIVA TEKNOLOJI", "we", "us") develops and maintains mobile applications and digital platforms. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding information collection, usage, disclosure, and protection when you interact with our products and services.
This Policy applies to our iOS, Android, and web applications, as well as our website and customer support channels. Some features are optional and may not be present in every app. Where a feature is disabled, related data will not be collected.
Account details (e.g., name, email), profile information, content you upload, messages to support, and payment details handled by our payment processor.
Device identifiers (e.g., device model, OS version), app version, language, time zone, usage events (screens, taps, session length), crash logs, and performance data.
If you choose to sign in via Apple/Google or use third-party integrations, we may receive minimal identifiers as permitted by you.
Our applications respect your privacy and typically avoid cross-app tracking for advertising. In cases where specific features do require such tracking (such as ad-supported services), we implement Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, giving you full control to opt-in or opt-out through iOS system preferences at any time.

California: You may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and opt out of selling or sharing (which we don't perform). We will verify requests and respond as required by law.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
